Our Physicians

Dr Adams Dr Mike Adams was born in Seagroves, Texas, which is west of West Texas! He graduated medical school at Texas Tech University and completed his orthopaedic residency at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas. He is a board certified orthopaedic surgeon (ABOS), a Fellow in the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, and past Chief of Medical Staff at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Allen. Dr. Adams is a co-founder of the McKinney Christian Academy and Texas Chamber Music Ensemble in McKinney. And, he is also a licensed pilot and a snow boarder. He is married and has one son and one daughter.
Dr Rodgers Dr. Lynn Rodgers was born in San Antonio, Texas, and began his career as a Pharmacist! He graduated medical school at Louisiana State University and completed his orthopaedic residency at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas. He is a board certified orthopaedic surgeon (ABOS) and a member of the Texas Society of Sports Medicine and the American Society of Sports Medicine. Dr. Rodgers enjoys studying history and is an outdoorsman and a licensed pilot. He is married and has two daughters.
Dr Chambers Dr. Craig Chambers was born in Opelousas, Louisiana. He graduated medical school at Louisiana State University and completed his physical medicine and rehabilitation residency at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas. He is a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, the North American Spine Society and the Physiatric Association of Sports, Spine and Occupational Rehabilitation. Dr. Chambers enjoys traveling, physical fitness, and authored a book about his family genealogy. He is married and has two sons.
Dr Morgan Dr. Steve Morgan was born in Dumas, Texas, which is in the heart of the Texas Panhandle, and raised in Amarillo, Texas. He graduated medical school at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston and completed his orthopaedic residency at the University of Tennessee Campbell Clinic in Memphis. He is a board certified orthopaedic surgeon (ABOS), Sports Subspecialty Certified (ABOS), a Fellow in the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and a member of the Texas Society of Sports Medicine. He served three years as an orthopaedic surgeon in the U.S. Navy prior to joining the clinic. Dr. Morgan is married and has two sons and a daughter.
Dr Burg Dr. Richard Burg was born in St. Paul, Minnesota, and is a true hockey fan! He is our newest provider, having joined the clinic staff in September 2008 after completing a Spinal Surgery Fellowship at The Cleveland Clinic Spine Institute. He graduated medical school at the University of Minnesota (with academic honors) and completed his orthopaedic residency also at the University of Minnesota. He is a board certified orthopaedic surgeon (ABOS) and a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgery and the North American Spine Society. Dr. Burg is married and has two daughters.
Physician Assistants
Seth Seth Rubin, PA-C, was born in Norman, Oklahoma, and serves as Dr. Lynn Rodgers’ physician assistant. He completed his physician assistant bachelor of science degree at the University of Oklahoma (with distinction). PA Rubin is a Fellow in the American Academy of Physician Assistants, Texas Academy of Physician Assistants, and the Physician Assistants in Orthopaedic Surgery. He was a U. S. Army Physician Assistant and worked as a Family Practice Physician Assistant prior to joining our clinic. He is an outdoorsman and can build or fix just about anything. He is married and has two sons and a daughter.
Richard Richard Collier, PA-C, was born in Abilene, Texas, and serves as Dr. Steve Morgan’s physician assistant. He completed his physician assistant bachelor of science degree at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston and his Master of Science in Educational Psychology at the University of Texas in Austin. PA Collier is a Fellow in the American Academy of Physician Assistants and a member of the Texas Academy of Physician Assistants. He enjoys sporting events and rebuilding collector automobiles! He is married and has a daughter.
Chuck Chuck Staats, PA, was born in Spencer, West Virginia and serves as Dr. Mike Adams’ physician assistant. He completed his bachelor of arts degree at Glenville State College and his Medical Science and Sports Medicine bachelor of science degree at Alderson Broaddus College in West Virginia. He owned a home health care agency and worked at two hospitals prior to joining our clinic. He is very active in his church and now a Texan.
